3. Call, fax or email the Governor of Florida, Rick Scott, at 850-488-7146 or rick.scott@eog.myflorida.com, and ask when the Sanford police department's handling of the matter will be investigated and you can note that ABC is even reporting that they have "uncovered questionable police conduct in the investigation"."
